Q: An item I want is out of stock, when will it be back?

 A: Usually 6-8 weeks.

  

Q: When will I get my refund?

 A: Once we receive your return package please allow two weeks for us to process your return.

 

Q: What if I received an item that was damaged?

A: If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

 

Q:How long does it take to process my refund?

A: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days of us receiving your parcel. The refund will go back in the original form of payment used to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel is received and the process for return initiated.

  

Q: I am returning two orders, can I pay one return fee if I combine my shipment?

 A: The return fee is charged per order, not per shipment. If you have two orders, there are two return fees.

 

Q: Do I have to pay for return postage?

A: Mivelli is not responsible for return shipping fees. We encourage obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost when in transit back to us.

 

Q: Why won't my discount code work?

 A: Discount codes only work on full price items. Final sale items are excluded from all promotions.
